Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund, no reason needed. Email [email protected] with your order number.

Returns and exchanges

Within 30 days of delivery you can return or exchange a hoodie that is unworn, unwashed and has its tags on. Return postage is paid by you. Email us first and we send you the return address; please don't send anything before we reply.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If your hoodie arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't the size or item you ordered, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement free, and you don't need to send the original back. Prefer a refund? We refund you in full.

When you're refunded

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
