Who we are

Purpose Supply is an independent fan store selling its own designs in small runs. Purpose Supply is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Justin Bieber, their label or their management. Contact: [email protected].

Pre-orders

When you pre-order, you pay in full at checkout and we reserve your hoodie in the next print run. The ship time we show is our honest estimate. If we can't ship within it, we tell you before it passes and offer a new date or a full refund. If we don't hear back from you, we refund you.

Cancelling and changing an order

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. To change a size, email us before it ships.

Product images

Our images show the design as closely as we can. The washed fabric and cracked print effect vary slightly from piece to piece; that is part of the look, not a fault.

Payments

Payments are taken securely by our checkout provider, Whop. We never see or store your card number.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
